The trailer of 'Citadel Honey Bunny' is a preview of the thrilling and exciting spy thriller set in the vibrant tapestry of the 90s, with explosive action, high-octane stunts and edge-of-the-seat thrills, all perfectly complemented by great performances and a grand visual scale. When stuntman Bunny (Varun Dhawan) recruits struggling actress Honey (Samantha) for a side gig, they are thrown into a high-stakes world of action, espionage and betrayal. Years later, when their dangerous past comes to light, the estranged Honey and Bunny must reunite and fight to protect their young daughter Nadia.

Varun Dhawan shared his thoughts about the series

Talking about the series 'Citadel Honey Bunny', Varun Dhawan said, "Bunny is different from any role I have played before. As a spy, he not only lives a double life, but every aspect of his personality has two different aspects, which was very exciting for me as an actor. Intricately woven into the story, his portrayal required me to blend the experiences and characters I have played over the years, as well as prepare mentally and physically for grueling stunts and powerful action scenes, making it one of my most challenging performances to date. Apart from Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Simran, Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar and Kashvi Majumdar will be seen in lead roles in the 'Citadel Honey Bunny' series. This action-packed series is directed by Raj and DK, who are known for their unique and interesting direction. The series will premiere on Prime Video on November 7.
