Karisma Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit recently appeared together at a party. Both of them also danced together here. Instead of ‘Dance of Envy’, both actors and former co-stars were seen dancing to ‘Dance of Friendship’. Karisma and Madhuri starred opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Yash Chopra’s romantic musical Dil to Pagal Hai in 1997. The actress shared some pictures and a selfie of herself along with the dance video on Instagram. She wrote, “Dance of AN̶v̶y̶ friendship (check mark, red heart, sparkles, and hug emojis) #dtph #dancepartner #forever.”

They both are dancing to Ye Jawani hai deewani movie song “Balam Pichkari”, both actors are seen performing a step taken from the film. There are more pictures of Karisma and Madhuri Dixit dancing, while in one photo both are seen hugging after the dance. The last photo is a selfie taken inside the house.

For the outdoor party, Madhuri wore a long orange printed dress with a belt. Karishma has put on a dark-colored salwar kurta and round sunglasses. Both the actors have kept their hair in a bun. Kareena Kapoor commented, “The OG Superstars”. Tamannaah Bhatia left a heart-eyed emoji, while actor Raashi Khanna and other fans also shared red heart emojis for their reunion.

Let us tell you that in the film ‘Dil to Pagal Hai’, Karisma and Shahrukh play the role of members of a dance group, who are performing a play. When Karishma’s character Nisha is injured, Madhuri’s character Pooja takes her to her. Nisha, who is in love with Rahul of Shahrukh, feels jealous and both women dance to a musical piece called ‘Dance of Envy’. All three lead actors won top awards at the Filmfare Awards in 1998. Karishma also won the Best Supporting Actress award at the National Film Awards for her performance.

On the work front, Madhuri was last seen in the Prime Video film ‘Maja Maa’ last year. Karisma’s upcoming projects include the film ‘Murder Mubarak’ opposite Sara Ali Khan and the Zee5 web series ‘Brown’ in which she plays a police officer.
