PA PA YA Palladium 3 Years And New Menu Launch

PA PA YA, Palladium celebrated its 3rd Anniversary in style by inviting its regular patrons and PA PA YA lovers to a tasting of its all New Menu on Friday, 2nd November 2018 evening.

Mumbai’s society elite and popular faces from the television, film and fashion fraternity and loyal PA PA YA fans who attended the evening were pampered in classic PA PA YA style with heavenly cocktails and modern Asian delicacies curated by Chef Sahil Singh, Senior Executive Chef, Modern Asian, Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd. from the new menu, as well as old favorites that made a comeback.

In superlative PA PA YA fashion, the new menu includes dishes that are cutting-edge, yet taking the diner back-to-basics, with a twist. The new menu, amongst other things is proud to showcase a spread of vegetarian options including a Carrot, Truffle Cream Cheese Vegetarian Dim sum. The non-vegetarian spread offers the Prawn and Spinach Roll topped with XO Butter, Curry leaf and peppered Calamari, mouth-numbing Sichuan style rubbed minced pork, amongst others.

Headlining the menu is the ‘Nigaki’, a take on the classic Nigiri and Maki, where the final sushi is a modern derivative of both. It is the first showcase of the Nigaki in India.

Special guests including Kedhar Gawde, Rakshanda Khan, Mahi Vij, Jay Bhanushali, Helly Daruwala, Diandra Soares, Eijaz Khan, Shibani Kashyap, Aarti and Kailash Surendranath, Candice Pinto, Drew Neal, Rij Eappen, Muddasar Aziz, Arjan Bajwa, Yash Goenka, Narendra Kumar Ahmed, Zirak and Priya Marker, Tanya and Aman Swetta and many more were spotted celebrating the success of the 3rd year and enjoying the new scrumptious Pan Asian delights.
