Pakistani Singer Accuses Karan Johar For Stealing a Song

Director and Producer Karan Johar is in the headlines for his upcoming movie "Jug Jug Jiyo", recently the makers have released the trailer from the film and now the movie is in the controversy for using a song "Nach Punjaban".

According to the news printed in the magazine, Pakistani Singer and writer Abrar Ul Haq has blamed Karan Johar for copying the song into the movie, he tweeted and wrote "I have not sold my song “Nach Punjaban” to any Indian movie and reserve the rights to go to court to claim damages. Producers like @karanjohar should not use copy songs. This is my 6th song being copied which will not be allowed at all.

Meanwhile the Company called "Movie box" has told about this matter by tweeting about the song and said "Nach Punjaban" Song is publicly licensed for inclusion in the movie Jug Jug Jiyo by T-Series.

T-Series, Karan Johar and Dharma Productions have the legal right to use this song in their film and Abrar-ul-Haq's tweet is defamatory and absolutely not acceptable.

After which Abrar-ul-Haq said, 'Song “Nach Punjaban” has not been licensed to anyone. If someone is claiming it, then produce the agreement. I will be taking legal action.

This is not the only controversy going on regarding the film Jug Jug Jio, Recently a person named Vishal A Singh alleged that Dharma Productions stole his story, alleging this by tweeting he told he is a writer who had mailed Dharma Productions in 2020 to co-produce this story, he has also shared a screenshot of the mail sent to them. He further said that Dharma Production had also reverted him back on the same, but now Jug Jug Jiyo has been made on this story.
