PARINEETI CHOPRA IS THE LEADING LADY IN AKSHAY KUMAR'S KESARI

Parineeti Chopra who is on a roll this year with movies like Namastey England and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar under her kitty has bagged another big project with none other than Akshay Kumar. As reported earlier that, Akshay Kumar will be seen in Kesari and now the latest update from the film is that the leading lady of the film has been finalized and she is none other than the bubbly girl of Bollywood, Parineeti Chopra.

Filmmaker Karan Johar took to his Twitter handle to announce, "The lead actress in #KESARI is ........PARINEETI CHOPRA! @ParineetiChopra."

The film is based on the battle that took place in 1897 between British Indian Army and Afghan Orakzai tribesmen.

It's a busy year for both the protagonists.
