Piyush Mishra Lured To Sing For Marathi Film

Piyush Mishra, who had sung songs like Arre Ruk Jaa Re Bande in Black Friday, Aarambh Hai Prachand Hain in Gulal etc has always been able to take the listeners into a trance with his innate sensuous and soulful voice, which is able to incite one and all and tell a tale of romance equally with ease. Each and every word that in the song that he sings takes your emotions to greater heights. Piyush Mishra is one magician ‘wordsmith’ who plays with words skillfully in Hindi Cinema and opens different songs as per the requirement of the situation. Piyush Mishra is not only a writer, lyricist, musician and singer but also an actor who is a Jack as well as the Master of all.

Piyush Mishra has been attracted to singing for the Marathi film College Diary because he feels that Marathi Cinema offers out of the box content to satiate not only the masses but also the classes in a big way. The film College Diary directed by Aniket Jagannath Ghadage has not only one or two but five different songs that too in five different languages- Marathi, Hindi, Tamil, Sanskrit and last but not the least English too. It is interesting to note that the Hindi song has been rendered by none other than Piyush Mishra himself. Yes. Piyush Mishra has crooned the song to lyricist by the duo Ganesh-Suresh and set to tune by music director Niranjan Pedgaonkar. The film College Diary is slated for release all over Maharashtra on February 16 this year.The subject of the film College Diary revolves around the college campus. It is about a few thick friends who are of the opinion that college life just comprises of pranks and fun filled incidents soaked in fun but all of a sudden  certain unexpected incidents take place and the course of their lives. The subject has been written by Aniket Jagannath Ghadage, who has also written the dialogues in tandem with Vishal Sangle.

Sachin Dubale Patil is the Executive Producer of the film which stars a bunch of extremely talented and bright newcomers like Vishal Sangle, Anand Burad,Sameer Sakpal, Vaishnavi Shinde,Sharad Jadhav,Pratiksha Shivankar,Avinash Khedekar,Pratik Gandhi, Hemlata Raghu and Janardhan Kadam. There is absolutely no doubt at all that the five different songs in five different languages in the film will be able to strike the right chords in the hearts of the listeners and make the audiences eagerly await the release of the film.
