"Playing For ACB Is Like Living My Dream Again" - ABHISHEK VERMA

Actor Abhishek Verma, who is very crazy about cricket and is geared up for this season of Actor’s Cricket Bash, tells JYOTHI VENKATESH Actors Cricket Bash is the newest cricket league. How do you feel being part of it as it is original cricket with actual cricket kit?

It feels great. I always wanted to be a cricketer as it is my first love. So, I love to be back on the field. It’s like living my dream again.

ACB will only have men as cricket players so will the competition streak be more?

Not at all, I have given my 12 years to cricket so I am not afraid of any competition.

Which is your favourite Test matches, One day or T20 matches? 

I love every format of cricket, but test match is what real cricket is all about.

How you are preparing for ACB? 

Practice and practice.

Who is your favourite cricketer and why?

Rahul Dravid, as he is the wall of the Indian cricket team.

What are your expectations from Actors Cricket bash

I am sure it’s going to be fun. I just want to play good cricket.
