For all those living under a rock, Prince Harry, a grandson of Queen Elizabeth II and fifth in line to the throne, is engaged to Meghan Markle, his girlfriend who is an American actress and is widely popular for playing Rachel Zane in the popular series Suits. The two made their relationship official after a courtship of 18 months.

Markle's parents, Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland, said, as Guardian reports:

“We are incredibly happy for Meghan and Harry. Our daughter has always been a kind and loving person. To see her union with Harry, who shares the same qualities, is a source of great joy for us as parents. We wish them a lifetime of happiness and are very excited for their future together.”
