After the much-needed anticipation and a hiatus, ALTBalaji is back with its talk-of-the-town youth drama Puncch Beat 2.

It is time for the audience to take a trip back to Rosewood High school. Up until now, the makers have released the posters teaser and trailer of the show! And everyone has been going gaga.

In this new video released by the makers, we get to see Rahat's new look. He is the new head boy of Rosewood High.

And the drama quotient seems to have been upped. Rahat says "purani aadat, aadat nahin, zaroorat bann jaati hai." And that's all we need to know that the show is going to be quite something this year.

By releasing Rahat's announcement, ALTBalaji's social media caption read, 'Rosewood High ka beloved street fighter ab ban gaya hai Headboy. When things go south, will he stand tall, or will he fall apart?'

The super successful first season wrapped with Ranbir played by Siddharth Sharma and Rahat played by Priyank Sharma were clashing for the championship trophy in the finals; while the two were going strong in the match, it kept the audience on the edge of their seats throughout the sequence when Divyanka played by Harshita Gaur entered the fighting ring and knocked down Ranbir with a chair leaving a cliff hanger worth waiting for a brand new season.

The second season will kickstart from what happens when Rahat and Ranbir enter the ring once again.

The second season will also feature Samyuktha Hegde playing a primary character. She will be one of the new entrants in the show.

The story has its twists and turns, drama, and cool action sequences, which make up for an entertainment joyride.

Starring Priyank Sharma, Harshita Gaur, Siddharth Sharma, Khushi Joshi, and Samyukhta Hegde in primary roles, the show also features Kajol Tyagi, Urfi Javed, Nikhil Bhambri, Sindhuja Turlapati, Niki Aneja Walia, Samir Soni, Rushad Rana, Kasturi Banerjee, Poppy Jabbal, Anuj Choudhry and Mrinmai Kolwalkar in prominent roles.

Produced by Balaji Telefilms and directed by Akshay Choubey, the second instalment will stream from 27th June on ALTBalaji.
