Priyansh Jora On Why He Loves To Travel: It’s The Ultimate Source Of Detox For Me!

Besides acting, the other thing that actor Priyansh Jora is passionate about is traveling. The Khandaani Shafakhana actor says that his trips really help him rejuvenate himself. “That's my ultimate source of detox and inspiration. The energy I get when I go out and, the introspection that happens there, it’s amazing. It always keeps me longing for more. I feel people should give more importance to traveling,” he says, adding, “It's a bliss to go out, even if its 50kms from your place and you get to be in a new environment. You get different food, you meet interesting people and have unique conversations, it's priceless.”

The actor makes sure to take regular trips. “I'm quite a frequent traveler... One trip a month, no matter how small it is. It can be a day’s plan also for that matter, depending upon my schedule and convenience.  I have a wishlist and I have been ticking it off one by one. My decision on where to go depends on how I'm feeling, why I want a trip, what is it that I feel like doing, the duration, how much time I have and which all places fit in that condition,” he says.

He likes both solo trips as well as holidays with family and friends. “I've found a perfect balance of both. Traveling solo is equally important I feel, I did a solo euro trip of 2 weeks, and it's an experience. Traveling with your loved ones, friends or family is certainly a lot of fun, and, I admit, that it is more fun with them as compared to going solo. But the thrill and adventure that traveling solo brings you are unmatched,” he says.

Ask what he wants to explore next, and he says, “Moon is that place! I'm dying to go there and explore... And, it's been on my list for way too long now. Why? Because it's still unexplored territory and it's in our reach. I hope #DearMoon Project people, Elon musk or ISRO people are listening!”
