Producer Sonali Jaffar Feels Holi Can Be Celebrated If Basic Hygiene Is Maintained

While many are not celebrating Holi this year with the fear of Corona Virus, producer Sonali Jaffar has a different point of view. The talented producer, whose show Qurbaan Hua is ruling the tube, believes that one can't stop celebrating festivals out of fear."As far as Corona virus is concerned, I think people who want to play should play but maintain a level of hygiene and sanitize their hands and do whatever doctors have adviced. I don't think you need to stop celebrating a festival because of fear. You cannot live in fear all the time," she says.However, she does believe that saving water is the need of the hour."Water should be saved. Water is a commodity which is running scarce and we all need to save water. There is a way that you can play Holi, which is just with colours and things which don't expect you to constantly be dunking each other in water and if people find that kind of holi, then I think they should go and celebrate as and how they want," says the producer.
