Mr. Gautam Dutta, CEO of PVR Limited is a seasoned professional with 28 years of experience.

He joined PVR in 2006 and has managed various portfolios spanning from Marketing, Media Sales and now over all operations.

Under his leadership, Media Sales grew from INR 7 Cr. to INR 375 Cr. in FY 2019-2020.

Mr. Dutta is also credited with launching bluO the largest bowling chain in India that redefined bowling as a popular lifestyle and entertainment sport in the country.

As CEO, Mr. Gautam Dutta is responsible for advancing the company’s mission and objectives whilst keeping the brand relevant to the changing audiences, developing and monitoring strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization, promoting revenue & profitability, technology adoption & innovation.

Gautam is also a Director of Zee Maize Pvt. Ltd. a subsidiary of PVR Limited that owns the 4700BC Gourmet Popcorn brand.

A Delhi University pass out, Gautam started his career in Sales and has about 18 years of advertisement experience.

He started his career with Lowe Lintas, the advertising division of Mullen Lowe Lintas Group, where he spent 8 years.

Later he moved to Saachi & Saachi. Prior to joining PVR, Gautam was the Vice President-Brand Services for 3 years in Rediffusion DY & R.

A firm believer of Open Door Policy Gautam believes in creating a data driven environment that encourages innovation in every sphere of the business.

One of his forte is to identify an individual’s strength and motivating them to reach their full potential.

He is the recipient of the CEO with HR Orientation award in the 2018 edition of the World HRD Congress, presented by Times Ascent, and was also, awarded CEO of the Year by ET Now Global Awards for retail excellence (multiplex, cinemas & entertainment category).
