Raashi Khanna's birthday is all about giving back to society

A rising superstar without borders, Raashi Khanna rings in an inspiring celebration on her birthday.

The Prati Roju Pandage actor who has always lent a helping hand in the support of those in need champions an initiative for a healthy and green environment through an NGO.

Determined to make a difference, Khanna has donated a number of trees for plantation to the aforementioned NGO.

She has associated with a foundation that aids children suffering with the deadly disease cancer and also donated a munificent sum to it.

Raashii is one of the leading actors whose charitable work is saving lives. Throughout the pandemic, she stepped out to help in times of need.

She spearheaded a food distribution drive and handed out food packets to the underprivileged in person.

This drive was carried out by a foundation she established titled ‘Be The Miracle’. Being an environmentalist, she planted a sapling in the backyard of her house to lead by example and underline the importance of cultivating a greener planet.

A source close to Raashii says, “Raashi always likes to spend her birthday in a way that makes a difference.

This year she celebrated her birthday with her family and associated with an NGO that takes care of children suffering from cancer. She donated a number of saplings across a patch of area in Mumbai.”

Raashii has a couple of films budgeted on a large scale. Her upcoming series is directed by Rajesh Mapuskar; it is an Indian adaptation of the acclaimed British show - Luther.

She will be seen starring in it along with Ajay Devgn. Khanna has big-ticket projects including Thank You, Sardar, Pakka Commercial, Thiruchitrambalam, and a series by Raj and DK in her kitty.
