RADHIKA APTE TO PLAY LEAD IN SAIF ALI KHAN-STARRER SACRED GAMES?

Phobia actress Radhika Apte, known for playing bold and feisty characters onscreen, has bagged the role of female lead in a web-series starring Saif Ali Khan, and titled Sacred Games. This is the first Indian-origin series being produced by Netflix.

Recently, Nawazuddin Siddiqui also joined the cast of Sacred Games and is reportedly playing the antagonist. The web series is based upon Vikram Chandra’s novel of the same name and revolves around Inspector Sartaj Singh and the underworld mafia leader Ganesh Gaitonde.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte have earlier acted together in Manjhi and Badlapur and we still remembers how spectacular they were on screen but this is the first time either of them will work with Saif. Radika is also going to work with him in his upcoming Bazaar.

Now with such an impressive cast we can expect a gift in the shape of web-series. This Hindi- English series will be produced in partnership with Phantom Films.
