Rahul Vaidya-Disha Parmar ‘shaadi-shuda’ ? Not yet

Pop singer-composer-anchor Rahul Vaidya,( ex-Indian Idol finalist) now first runner-up in the grand finale of Bigg Boss 14, who is courting the tall, stunning actress-model being his steady-girlfriend Disha Parmar, had shared his future plans to plunge into matrimony on the recently-concluded same Colors TV reality show- Chaitanya Padukone

Since last two days, images of the lovey-dovey couple Rahul-Disha dressed up as dulha-dulhan have been doing rounds on social media .

Leaving fans both thrilled and baffled and wondering if they’ve tied the nuptial knot in a secret ceremony.

Meanwhile most of their well-wisher TV star and music-fraternity friends started sending them congratulations messages.

But then the anti-climax was that the entire shaadi-vaadi posing was a filmy fake dikhaava meant only for the video camera.

Like maybe an ‘April Fool’ mazaak. The wedding-waala dress-up was actually for their upcoming new music-video.

The Bigg Boss-14 ex-contestant Rahul clarified later that their wedding will definitely be a public affair, whereas Disha stated that they will settle for a date once the viral outbreak fully subsides.

The candid, sentimental Rahul had said recently that Disha is the best thing that has happened to him in life.

Talking about the plans of the actual wedding, Rahul "I think I don't get on to planning it. But I don't want to waste time.

She is the most beautiful thing that has happened to me and she is just beautiful as hell. I can't wait (to start my life with her)."

It was during his journey in Bigg Boss 14, when Rahul had proposed marriage to Disha on the occasion of her birthday.

Rahul was one of the top five finalists contestants in the recently concluded Salman Khan hosted show. He reached the top two and lost to TV star-actress-model Rubina Dilaik.

The charming Disha is best known for her role as Pankhuri in Star Plus' Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. In 2017 she played the lead role of Jhanvi/Jia in Zee TV's 'Woh Apna Sa'.

She also participated in Box Cricket League in 2014.. In 2019, she had also featured alongside Rahul in the popular trending video-album song ‘Yaad Teri’.

We hope that next time they actually ‘get married’ --and not just cash in on their relationship as a publicity gimmick.

Incidentally, even popular singer-judge Neha Kakkar had also used her upcoming wedding to promote her music-video.
