Rakhi Vijan Denies to replace Disha Vakani as Dayaben in TMKOC

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah show is in discussion these days about the return of Dayaben, It has been said for a long time that Disha Vakani is returning to the show.

However, recently there was speculation about the show that the role of 'Dayaben' will no longer be played by Disha Vakani but Rakhi Vijan. Now giving her answer to these speculations, Rakhi has said that she is not going to be a part of the show.

Rakhi denied these reports on her Instagram account, She shared a screenshot of a news story on her Instagram post 'Rakhi Vijan To Be Seen As New Dayaben In "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'?, Rakhi has expressed her reaction and calling this news a rumour. Describing this news as a rumour, Rakhi wrote" hello every1..this news is a rumor..which shocks me..I haven't been approached by the producers or th channel.."

In such a situation, fans thanked Rakhi for clearing the specualtions, they have also that if Disha had played the role of 'Dayaben', she would have got tremendous love from the audience as she is perfect for this role.

The character of 'Dayaben' will be challenging

Talking about these reports in a conversation with ETimes, Rakhi said, "Media people are calling me. I do not know where this rumor came from. I thought this rumor would end but it kept on increasing."

However, when asked in the conversation that if she is approached for the role in future, will she play Dayaben? To this Rakhi said, "I find myself very strong in comedy, it is very natural for me. Although it will definitely be very challenging. But it will not be too difficult to do it."
