RANBIR KAPOOR ON WALKING THE RAMP WITH DEEPIKA PADUKONE

Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor turned showstoppers for Manish Malhotra's Mijwan Fashion Show. Deepika looked ravishing in an embellished outfit and Ranbir looked charming in a black sherwani. The duo looked magical on the ramp of Mijwan Fashion Show.

Shabana Azmi annually holds the Fashion Show to create employment opportunities for women and revive the art of embroidery.

Before the ramp walk, Ranbir interacted with a leading daily and was asked about Deepika Padukone. He said; “Deepika Padukone is amazingly talented, so beautiful. I have done films with her, I have been on reality shows with her. This is a different medium, I have never walked the ramp with her. She’s a professional at it; she started with modeling. So, I am excited”

After the show, Ranbir thanked Shabana Azmi for organizing the show and said; “My mother always taught me that a man is as good as the respect he shows a woman. A man is as good as the space he gives his wife, daughter, sister, mother to be whoever she wants to be. I'm genuinely trying to be that man.”

Deepika also thanked Shabana Azmi for impacting many lives through her NGO and inspiring her for her mental health foundation.
