RANVEER SINGH: WE DIDN’T HAVE A LOT OF MONEY WHEN I WAS GROWING UP

Ranveer Singh is made of energy electron. The actor is one of the most successful celebrities in B-town and has achieved recognition for himself on the basis of his acting skills and never-ending energy. He is a powerhouse performer. Ranveer was last seen in Padmaavat, playing the role of Alauddin Khilji and was appreciated by both, the audience and critics.

In conversation with Conde Nast Traveller, Ranveer talked about his childhood and family vacations. He said; “We didn’t have a lot of money when I was growing up. So my parents would save up and save up for that one big summer holiday abroad; I remember going to Indonesia, Singapore, Italy, but most often it was the US–we had a lot of family there. And December was always Goa with my grandparents.”

On the professional ground, Ranveer has started preparing for Rohit Shetty's Simmba. He has recently wrapped up for Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy.
