The hidden love between secretary Abhishek and Pradhan ji's daughter is understood.

Bhushan, who is an aspirant for the post of Pradhan, his two sycophants, and his wife are trying to make the post of Pradhan come to them. For this, they keep provoking the arrogant and rogue MLA. Pradhanji is insulted for four episodes. Deputy Pradhan Prahlad scares Manju Devi by saying that he will not contest the elections. Bhushan misleads everyone by talking about the wrong distribution of Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana in the village. Enraged at not being able to appoint a secretary of his choice, a case of killing and eating a dog is opened against the MLA. The people of Phulera village want to make peace with the MLA so that funds for the Kutcha road can be passed. A pigeon dies in the peace agreement at the hands of the MLA. On the advice of Panditji to stay away from animals and birds, he sells his beloved horse, which the villagers buy to humiliate him. To get the horse back, a situation of firing arises between the MLA and the people of Phulera village.

Panchayat 3 is produced by Arunabh Kumar and directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra. The creators of this story series are Deepak Kumar, Arunabh Kumar, and Chandan Kumar. The Panchayat team has handled the culture of the village very meticulously. All the artists have reminded the audience of the village atmosphere through their expressions.
