Divya Khosla's acting won the hearts of the audience
After watching this film, Divya Khosla has to be praised that she did not letting such a film weaken from start to end with her excellent acting, the suspense of the story of which is known to the audience sitting in the hall only after 15 minutes of the film starting. Another specialty of Divya is that she shoots her films only in real locations. I remember that before the release of Yaariyan, directed by Divya, at T Series Studio in Noida, I met Divya with Ved Chanana, who is associated with the T Series family. She said that the reason for shooting Yaariyan at a location in Sikkim where the temperature is less than zero degrees was to bring the story to life. Savi was also shot at different locations in London and this makes the film lively. Many scenes of Anil Kapoor, Divya, and Harshavardhan shot in a jail in London are the life of this film.
The beginning is a bit slow but after the interval, every scene of the film has become good.
The nearly two-hour-long Savi is an entertaining film. The chemistry between Divya Khosla and Harshavardhan Rane is unmatched.
Story Plot
I found this film to be a modern version of the mythological story of Sati Savitri. While Savi tries everything possible to get her husband back from Yamraj, in this film Savi does everything to save her husband from jail and spend the rest of her life with her and her son. She brings her husband out of a London jail who is serving a 12-year sentence under the shadow of death all the time and starts a new life with her husband and son. This is the story of this film. Overall
Anil Kapoor's acting is unmatched in this film set in London.
In some scenes of the film, Divya proved herself to be a great actress in the scenes of Savi's mental state and tension. I have never seen Divya Khosla in such an avatar before this film. The drawback of the film is the slow pace of a thriller. It would have been better if the director kept the pace of the film a little faster in the beginning. Harshvardhan Rane should have had some more scenes. To be honest, his character is very small in front of Anil and Divya. Abhinay Deo has brought emotions to the table in this thriller film, which is a good aspect of the story. Meet Savi this weekend, you won't be disappointed.
