Saqib Saleem kicks off the last schedule of Crackdown Season 2 in Kashmir

Saqib Saleem has commenced the last schedule for Crackdown Season 2, an espionage thriller series directed by Apoorva Lakhia in Kashmir.

The 83 actor has undergone a massive transformation and performed stunts sans a body double for the series that stars him in the role of Riyaz Pathan, a spy.

Embarking on the last leg of the shoot of the series, the actor is excited about shooting in the beautiful locales of Kashmir.

Talking about the last schedule of Crackdown, Saqib shares, "Kashmir is paradise on earth and getting an opportunity to shoot here is a dream come true.

The team is all set to shoot the sequences that demanded great preparation. The energy and tranquility of this beautiful state are inspiring. I'm happy to be here."

Saqib will be seen in the series along with Shriya Pilgaonkar, Mohammed Iqbal Khan, Ankur Bhatia, Rajesh Tailang, Waluscha De Sousa and Ekavali Khanna. The story of the series revolves around spies sparing no effort to protect the nation from an impending threat.

Apart from Crackdown Season 2, Saqib's upcoming projects include Kakuda in the capacity of an actor and Double XL in the capacity of a producer.
