Serial 'Dhartiputra Nandini' on Nazara TV

The serial 'Dhartiputra Nandini' produced by Deepika Chikhalia Topiwala under the banner of DCT Movies is being telecasted on Nazara TV from Monday to Friday at 8.30 pm. Fifteen episodes of this serial have been telecast and are being liked a lot. The serial 'Dhartiputra Nandini' is currently garnering a lot of accolades and is in the news. The reason for the discussion is that after a long time, a farmer's daughter has been shown on screen becoming the daughter-in-law of a big family of the city.

The producer of the serial is Ramayan's Sita fame Deepika Chikhlia who is also seen on screen in the role of Akash's grandmother Sumitra Bhardwaj. This has happened after about 33 years when Deepika Chikhaliya is seen in a serial for such a long time. Aman Jaiswal, playing the lead role, is originally from Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, while Shagun comes from Durg, Chhattisgarh. The plot of the story is from Awadh and Purvanchal. The story of this serial is based on the married life of city boy Akash and village farmer girl Nandini and is a family drama. This is the first lead show of actor Aman Jaiswal playing the role of Akash in this serial and this is the first big show of Shagun Singh playing the role of Nandini after reality shows.
