Shahid Kapoor has claimed why his wife Mira Rajput wanted her kids to watch Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor’s “Jab we met” film.

 

Why Mira wants her children to watch “Jab We Met”

Shahid Kapoor said in his recent interview, that he does not like that his children watch his movies. Jab we met an actor who said my children always ask me that why people came to you and want to click selfies with you dad? Because I have never made them watch my work. They have now just recently seen my movie “Jab we met”. They have seen “Jab we met” because of my mother and my wife Mira, they were like this is the only movie in which Shahid is not fighting with people and not doing any intense stuff. Jab We Met is like a family movie so this is the reason why Mira wants her children to watch this film. Adtitya of Jab we met added, “I think this the first movie of mine that they saw.”

About the “Jab we met” movie

Jab we met was released on 2007, the film is directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Dhilin Mehta. This movie’s theme was a Bollywood romantic comedy. This film’s cast is Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Saumya Tandon, Tarun Arora, Dara Singh, and many more. This film is all about the love story of couple Aditya (Shahid Kapoor) and Geet (Kareena Kapoor). Aditya is a businessman and Geet is a crazy Punjabi girl, they both met on the train and Geet already has a boyfriend but in the end, her boyfriend (Anshuman Singh) ditched her so in the last kareena realizes that Aditya is best for her and finally they will marry each other. This movie’s shooting is done in 3 places Mumbai, Bhatinda, and in Shimla. The film was a blockbuster film.

This movie has 6 songs and all of them are hit like Mauja hi Mauja sung by Mika Singh and Arbar ul Haq, Tum Se Hi sung by Mohit Chauhan, ye ishq Hai sung by Shreya Ghoshal, Nagada Nagada sung by Sonu Nigam, and Javed Ali, Aao Milo Chalein sung by Shaan and Ustad Sultan Khan, and Aogay Jab Tum sung by Rashid Khan. Directed the film got Zee cinema awards and got nominated for many awards. Kareena and Shahid got many awards for this Jab we met.
