Season 1 of the tennis cricket league Shaaz International Premier League (SIPL) is underway with gusto at the Arlem Ground in Goa. Former Chief Minister of Goa Laxmikant Parsekar was also present here as the Chief Guest and congratulated the organisers. He said that SIPL looks like a festival.
