In the court of the session court of Mumbai, the honorable judge has given a decision in favor of Shilpa and said that Shilpa is not at fault for whatever happened. The court has said that if a girl gets caught by someone while walking on the road or becomes a victim of inappropriate touch in a public place or on public transport, then why should she be considered guilty? Or why say that he is a blame partner or he had something like that in mind?
