Satinder Kumar Khosla Death: Veteran actor Satinder Kumar Khosla, popularly known as Birbal, passed away on Tuesday evening, 12 September 2023. Satinder Kumar Khosla died at the age of 80. Satinder's friend Jugnu confirmed the news of his death.

Satinder Kumar Khosla died due to cardiac arrest. His last rites will be performed on Wednesday. Cine and TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) posted on Twitter, "CINTAA expresses its condolences on the demise of Birbal (member since 1981)."

Let us tell you that apart from Hindi cinema, Satinder Kumar Khosla acted in more than 500 films in different languages including Punjabi, Bhojpuri and Marathi cinema. The actor was known for his comic roles. His initial role of Bancharam in V Shantaram's film 'Boond Jo Ban Gayi Moti' launched his career. He later played a brief role of a prisoner in Ramesh Sippy's 1975 blockbuster Sholay, which made him a well-known face. He later played brief roles in films like 'Anurodh' and 'Ameer Garib'. Satinder Kumar Khosla's film credits include many of Manoj Kumar's films including Upkar, Roti Kapda Aur Makaan and Kranti.
