SIDDHARTH AND ALIA TO STAR TOGETHER IN AASHIQUI 3

Looks like this is Siddharth Malhotra's year. He has finished shooting for Ittefaq already and nowadays he's involved in Neeraj Pandey's espionage thriller Aiyaary along with Manoj Bajpayee. And in some more good news for the actor and his fans, his role has been confirmed for the upcoming Vishesh Films' Aashiqui 3 alongside Alia Bhatt. According to reports, once Siddharth is done shooting for Aiyaary, he will lock dates for the romantic musical.

Alia nowadays is busy with Meghna Gulzar's next film, it's a smaller film with a supposedly quick-wrap-up schedule. Once she's done, she'll have some time before she starts shooting for her next flick, Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy opposite Ranveer Singh. Mohit Suri wants to finish shooting as soon as possible and is therefore pressing for dates from Alia and Siddharth.

Alia and Siddharth both started their career with Karan Johar's Student of the Year in 2012 along with Varun Dhawan. They both were seen together in Kapoor and Sons. If everything goes well, Aashiqui 3 would be their third film together.
