Siddharth Malhotra’s Web Show Pawan & Pooja Is A Refreshing Take On Love

Producer & Series Creator Siddharth Malhotra has showcased his mettle with his new web-series Pawan & Pooja, a show that tackles love across three generations. Following the stories of three couples, all of the same names, Pawan & Pooja brilliantly show love as a roller-coaster ride replete with problems, emotions, excitement and the lack of it, secrets and much more. Siddharth Malhotra’s insight and clarity of vision are evident in this story which is co-created by Shaad Ali which delves deep into love and relationships connecting with you at a personal level.

The show has been receiving acclaim for its realistic depiction of relationships and on-point casting and execution. Mahesh Manjrekar and Deepti Naval, who portray an old couple in their 60s, is a new-found pairing who surprise viewers with their chemistry and complementary natures and make their characters very relatable. Sharman Joshi and Gul Panag, a couple in their 40s undergoing a mid-life crisis and a mechanical marriage devoid of excitement and zing, are a delight to watch as they navigate daily problems. Natasha Bharadwaj and Taaruk Raina are the youngest couple and portray today’s generation entangled in the clutches of social media as they discover and battle love.
