Sidhu Moose Wala's suspected Killers gets killed in encounter

On Wednesday, July 20 the news of an encounter between the Punjab Police and some gangsters came to the fore. The matter is near Amritsar.

According to the information available so far, the gangsters with whom the police encountered were allegedly involved in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.

According to the news published in News18, the names of the gangsters who were involved in this confrontation are Manpreet Manu Kussa and Jagroop Roopa. They were identified by the police on the basis of CCTV footage.

According to the news published in NDTV, Jagroop Singh Roopa has died in this encounter. At the same time, three policemen have also been injured. There is also news of a local reporter being injured. The police have laid siege to the second gangster.

The area where this Encounter took place is about 10 kilometers from the border of Pakistan. Sidhu Musewala was shot dead on 29 May this year. A day before this, the Punjab government had cut his security.

According to reports, many more accused have been arrested in this case but three gangsters were still absconding. Police clashed with two of them today, but the third accused, Deepak Mundi, is still missing.
