As we all know he has been in constant headlines ever since he was arrested by NCB on a drug related charge last year and he got bail after spending a month in an Arthur Road Jail. Let us tell you that, when Aryan Khan was arrested in the drugs case the NCB confiscated his passport on the terms of the bail conditions, and he was banned from traveling to Mumbai or outside the country. After getting a clean chit from the High Court, Aryan Khan had approached the NDPS Court to get his Passport back. He filed a petition through his Lawyer to withdraw his passport citing the chargesheet. On 30th June 2022, the court ordered NCB to file their reply in this matter and fixed 13th July for the next hearing. Now, yesterday the Special NDPS court has ordered the NCB to return Aryan's passport. He is Just 24 years old boy who had to face such type of false allegations at a very young age which is not less than a trauma for him and his family, but now after 8 months, finally Aryan can live his life on his own terms. Aryan has studied at the University of Southern California to become a film-maker, he is writing, directing and learning all this stuff for the last four years. On the work front, Aryan is working on his web show which he is writing and directing and also did a test shoot at a Mumbai studio in April 2022.
