I had my first dose of the vaccine last month. Thankfully, I had no side effects. I only felt a little lethargic and there was slight pain on my arm but otherwise, things were quite normal and I was back anchoring the next day. The day I took the vaccine, I made sure to stay back at home and get a lot of rest, and kept myself hydrated. You hear cases that people who took the vaccine got fever but in my case, there were no great effects like that. I have yet to take my second dose but the first dose was very comfortable, nothing to crib about." Deepshika says, "When the government announced vaccination for everyone I immediately took a day off to get vaccinated. It was like a normal thing to me. I had taken an off from work on Sunday and on Monday, I took a rest. But suddenly I got a fever and my body started aching like I had just finished working out in the gym. The doctor had already warned me that I might experience pain. On the second day of the shoot, I was fine but a little feverish however now I am perfectly alright. I feel everyone should take the vaccine because it boosts your immune system. It is not like you take the vaccine, you won't get coronavirus. I urge everyone to prioritise their health first and take care of themselves." We urge everyone, especially those who have comorbid conditions to get vaccinated.
