Sudha Chandran Danced In A Play For The First Time!

Sudha Chandran, whom we have been seeing her on stage for a long time is now performing in a play titled Kuchh Meetha Ho Jaye. An excited Sudha says,”I am playing a dancer turned actress in the play and this will be the first time that I am dancing in a play. It’s a wonderful feeling. Dance has been my passion and it became my bread and butter. My generation and probably a generation before me are aware of my dancing skills the new generation is definitely not aware of my dancing talent. I feel sad for that. They know me as Yamini of Naagin and Ramola Sikandar of Kahi Kisi Roz and thus are surprised to see me dance. In fact, they come to me and express their surprise to see me dance so well. That amuses me. So through this play more people will come to know about my passion. Acting and dancing simultaneously is tough and challenging, mouthing your lines and performing is an acid test and I will go through it.” The undying spirit in her is what amazes everyone. For the uninitiated she had made her debut in a film titled Naache Mayuri which was inspired by her own life story.
