Sudhanshu Pandey Joins Karanvir Bohra For Zee5 Web-Series, The Casino

Zee5’s newest series The Casino - My Games. My Rules, starring Karanvir Bohra has been making all the right headlines right from its muhurat shoot. The series is set in the world of high society and will reflect it’s glamour and glitz with a tinge of mystery and conspiracy. The backdrop will be a Casino around which the story will unfold. The 10 episode series also features Mandana Karimi, Andrita Ray, Digangana Suryavanshi, Romit Raj Prasher, Mantra and Rajesh Khattar. Sudhanshu Pandey will be a part of the ensemble cast. When we reached out to the actor he confirmed the news saying, ‘I am very happy to be a part of the Casino. I am really looking forward to working with Hardik Gajjar who is directing the show and also producing it. He’s young, very enthusiastic and very sorted. Also, Madhu Viniar who is the DOP of the show, whom I’ve worked with, in the recent past. I am looking forward to a lot of fun and when you have fun at work that means you are doing great work.”

Speaking of his character and the show, Sudhanshu said, ‘There are a few things that got me excited to play the character. One, I am playing much older than my age, and second, the character himself is extremely layered in terms of his behavior, his personal life, his business, and his enemies. There are a lot of these layers and there are lots of dark shades to this character but it is also a very powerful character overall. Especially the way he has been stylized or the way he behaves or says his lines.’‘Every actor, I think, has a hunger for doing something new. Every time you do a new project you get very excited, you get very hoped when you get to play something different from what you’ve played in the past and that’s what’s happening here’ added Sudhanshu Pandey.Directed by Hardik Gajjar and Produced by Hardik Gajjar Films, The Casino is slated for a 2020 release and will be shot across Mumbai and Nepal.
