SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT-RAJKUMMAR RAO TO TEAM UP AGAIN?

Rajkummar Rao and Sushant Singh Rajput are going to reunite for the second time after working together in Kai Po Che (2013). Earlier there were reports that Nitesh Tiwari's next, which is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala will star Varun Dhawan in the lead. However, there is news that now Sushant Singh Rajput is on the board.

According to a leading daily; “Nitesh’s film is a two-hero project. It’s a college drama with a social message. It’s a celebration of life, love and about embracing success and failure.” For the second lead, the filmmaker is likely to rope in Rajkummar Rao. “Nitesh is keen on signing Raj. Both of them have had a few meetings where they have discussed the project. They admire each other’s work and the actor has also liked the script.”

“Rajkummar is working out his dates because he’s committed to a lot of other films. The team is awaiting his approval and they plan to announce it only after everything is locked.”

Sushant is currently working on Abhishek Chaubey's Son Chiraiya and Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath. Whereas Rajkummar Rao is busy shooting for Fanne Khan, Stree and Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga.
