SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT WALKS OUT OF ROMEO AKBAR WALTER

Here is some bad news for all you Sushant Singh Rajput fans! Remember how the Raabta actor was supposed to play a spy in Robby Grewal's Romeo Akbar Walter (RAW) ? Well, that will not happen anymore as the actor has walked out of the film!

Sushant recently opened up in an interview to Mid-Day to confirm the news and said, "Unfortunately, I will not be part of Romeo Akbar Walter due to changes in my prior commitments. I wanted to be part of the project because I love the story, and believe it must be told, but, that will not happen," the actor said, further extending his wishes to producers Ajay Kapoor and Bunty Walia.

The makers of Romeo Akbar Walter have mutually parted ways with actor Sushant Singh Rajput due to unavoidable circumstances. "Yes after much discussion and mutual talks, we will be parting ways with Sushant for RAW. We wish Sushant all the best for his future film projects and look forward to working with him in the future," Ajay Kapoor, producer, said in a statement.

Romeo Akbar Walter is reportedly inspired by true events and the first look of the film was launched amid much fanfare earlier this year. Despite this setback, Sushant already has a lot of films in his kitty—including Kedarnath, Chanda Mama Door Ke and Abhishek Chaubey’s yet to be titled film. He currently shooting for Kedarnath, the film which will mark Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan's Bollywood debut. In the film, Sushant will be seen playing a 'pithoo', a man who makes a living by carrying old and disabled pilgrims to the temple of Kedarnath.

Now, it'll be interesting to see who will replace Sushant in Romeo Akbar Walter!
