Stunningly beautiful multi-talented Khushi Govil seems all set to diligently carry on the traditional legacy of her veteran iconic actress and TV show host-grandmother Tabassum – Chaitanya Padukone
That’s because as a ‘mentor’ and ‘live-shows-impresario’ the versatile, exuberant Tabassum has discovered and launched a large number of new promising talents in Bollywood .
Yesterday, the media witnessed a star-studded launch of Ignite Edge – the brand-new talent management vertical of India’s leading new media network, MissMalini Entertainment, to be helmed by dynamic Khushi Govil at The Game Palacio, Bandra.
The ‘who’s who’ of the media and entertainment industry came together to celebrate the launch of this exciting new vertical that will be a launch-pad to a sensational career in digital entertainment for the country’s melting pot of rising talents, digital creators, influencers and celebrities.
The event was graced by the presence of prominent names like Jannat Zubair, Karenvir Bohra, Amruta Khanvilkar, Teejay Sidhu, Aishwarya Sakhuja, Sonalli Sehgal, Malishka, Shraddha Das, Apoorva Arora, Melvin Louis, Rochelle Rao, Keith Sequeira and others.

Unfortunately, Tabassum-jee was unable to attend the grand-launch-event due to genuine reasons, but she has showered her blessings on Khushi .
Of course I was present there and my blessings are always there for both my talented daughters Khushi and Karishma,” said the proud father Hoshang who had made his acting-debut as the lead-hero in this romantic movie ‘Tum Par Hum Qurbaan’ (1985) directed by his eminent mother Tabassum.
Interesingly, Kkhushi ( that’s how she used to spell her name ) has also acted as the romantic lead in this (2009) movie ‘Hum Phirr Milein Na Milein’.
The exuberant Tabassum ( whose trending very popular informative Bolly-centric YouTube channel series ‘Tabassum Talkies’ which she regularly hosts ) said in an exclusive message, “Asal se soodh zyaada pyaara hota hai.
I’m a very proud grandmother today that Khushi Govil, my granddaughter is heading Ignite Edge.
And my younger granddaughter Karishma Govil (who is also known as @soul_kari on Instagram) is heading the MissMalini Trending vertical.”
Speaking exclusively Hoshang sounded ecstatic as he shared, “My wife Hemali Govil and I are extremely proud parents today and both our daughters are growing exponentially in the digital industry and we could not be happier for them.
