Tarzan ' fame Hemant Birje to be seen in the Marathi film Suriya

Hemant Birje, who played the unforgettable title role in the 80s hit movie ' Tarzan ', has starred in ' Surya '. The journey to Marathi through the film is shared with the fans. He said that although I am a Maharashtrian and grew up in Pune , I never got an opportunity to work in Marathi cinema. 20 years ago actor , director Sachin Pilgaonkar asked to work in a Marathi film , but it was not possible at that time. Now Hemant is making his debut in Marathi cinema with the movie ' Surya ' . Actually I didn't want to play village roles. I was sure that I could play the character of the city more competently. So one waits for the right opportunity to enter Marathi. When the producer-director of ' Surya ' approached me, I gave a nod as I liked the story and the characters. I have played a villain in this and become a don. Although it is very dangerous, it does not say much. If you want to do business here, you have to pay and if you don't want to pay, be ready to die , this is his dialogue. This movie is made in Telugu style. The action , acting , dance , direction , song-music , camera work are all very different from the previous Marathi films.

Prasad Mangesh , Ruchita Jadhav , Devshi Khanduri will be seen in the movie ' Surya ' .
