Looks like International pop stars just can't get enough of India! After a mesmerising performance by Coldplay and the much talked about performance by Justin Bieber, the Shape of You sensation Ed Sheeran also recently announced his India Tour in November. And if that wasn't enough, all you English pop music fans have another reason to rejoice!
The pop sensation, Grammy award winning duo, The Chainsmokers have surprised their Indian fans by announcing a stop-over in the country for two shows. Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall will perform in Mumbai and New Delhi on September 7 and 8, respectively as a part of the 'Road to Ultra' passing through the sub-continent.
According to reports, The Chainsmokers will be accompanied by a bevy of artists and performers. The organisers from Percept Live are yet to reveal more on The Chainsmokers' India tour, but it is speculated that Priyanka Chopra, who collaborated with the duo for Erase, might also join them on stage. There's no denying the fact that The Chainsmokers enjoy quite a following in India, and fans would be willing to go to any extent just to hear them croon on stage.
The Chainsmokers are most likely to perform their multiple chart-topping hits including Closer, Don't Let Me Down, All We Know, Something Just Like This, Paris and Roses amongst others.
