I was so happy to be there at the super soul-elevating concert of Gioconda Vessichelli at Dome India Mumbai organized by Mohommed Morani. The 7 International Opera Awards winner  singer has mesmerized the audience with a qawali fusion first,

 where she has shown her ductility in passing from one music genre to another, that only ex child prodigy like her can do! It was like feeling on another level! And the audience did a huge standing ovation, appreciating the Italian singer being the pioneer and inventor of the BollywoOPERA style first time ever in the world  a real opera singer combining opera and Indian music, for what she got the Indian women award, first time ever given to a non Indian woman, because of her capability of building a cultural bridge between Western and Eastern music. The ductile and genius minded artist has then kept the attention of the audience always alive with songs showing her 4 octaves range  voice, capable to go easily up and down in the scale and generating the enthusiasm in the audience, who has started dancing for the joy on the notes of the famous song "Bella ciao"

Mohommed Morani the biggest event organiser of Bollywood was felicitating on stage  with Gioconda Vessichelli after she got standing ovation of the audience in her show at Dome in Mumbai.

I ve been lucky enough to enter the backstage too and seeing after the concerts all the singers  Meet Brothers, Al taman Faridi, and the Tycoons of Bollywood events organisation to felicitate enthusiastically with this amazing singer who has given her voice to many movies both in Hollywood (collaborating with Grammy award winner composer Ennio Morricone, Giampaolo Pasquile, Luciano Pavarotti, Katia Ricciarelli, etc, to name a few) and in Bollywood she has sung in Many movies among which Marikom, Prague, etc.. And now I just came to know that the recent recording she has done with Pritam, will get Released in December in a big movie!

I got so excited when Mohommed Morani the biggest event organizer of Bollywood has gone on stage and hugged Gioconda saying he had got goose bumps for her divine performance, and so I did, and seeing tears of joy and spiritual elevation in the eyes of the people present in the audience, made me feel that really the presence of God is inside this singer! When she started conducting the band on stage in an overwhelming crescendo and speed up of music , I remembered when I saw her conducting in a master class the musicians of great showman director Subhash Ghai s University in Mumbai. Where all the teenagers loved the way she was explaining them the tricks of voice technique, that she had inerithed from legendary singers like Magda Olivero, the biggest tenor of the world Luciano Pavarotti and our legendary singer Asha Bhosle who has also invited Gioconda for lunch at her house,

Which is generally opened to very selected and vip people. That s how Gioconda is always called to be in the jury of voice competitions like in Zee tv, where the singer she mentored wan the first prize, and nowadays her association with Zee is also well known for her song HEY SHUBH KARTA devoted to Ganesh God. She is very devoted to Indian spirituality and culture and her genuine love makes open our hearts to love too everything she does.
