The First Poster Of Sex Comedy Takatak Unveiled With Prathamesh Parab And Ritika Shrotri In The Lead

On the auspicious occasion of the New Year on Gudi Padwa, the first poster of the film Takatak was unveiled with great fanfare on the social media. Purple Bull Entertainment which has earlier produced quite a few successful as well as important films like Yedyanchi Jatra, Gammat, 4 Idiots, Shinema and 1234 has made Takatak under the banner of V. Patke Films & Gaonwala Creations has now made Takatak with Milind Kawade, who had earlier directed all these films too. Milind Kawade and Ajay Thakur have written the humorous story and screenplay of the film whose dialogues have been penned by Sanjay Navgire.

At the poster unveiling, the producers also announced June 28 as the date of release of their film, which they said, will unfurl a different kind of a sex comedy. They also added that Takatak is a film which is full of commercial ingredients designed to entertain the audiences and along with a love story, they have also made an attempt to weave a powerful message too to the society.

The film has been produced by Om Prakash Bhat, Sujay Shankarwar, Ravi Bahry, Indrajeet Singh, Ajay Thakur, Dhananjay Singh Masoom and Ravindra Chaubey, after having made several successful entertaining films for the Marathi film industry. In Takatak, while Time Pass fame Prathamesh Parab is playing the eponymous title role, Ritika Shrotri has been cast in the romantic lead opposite him, besides Abhijeet Aamkar, Pranali Balerao, Bharat Ganeshpure, Pradeep Patwardhan and Anand Karekar in key roles.

Milind Kawade states that with Takatak, he has made an attempt to weave a different story in an entirely different style to woo the audiences. The producers also have expressed their happiness at having unveiled the first poster of their film. The DOP of the film is Hazrat Shaikh (Vali). Jay Atre has written the lyrics while Varun Likhte has composed the music for the film. Anand Shinde and Shruti Rane have crooned the songs for the film.
