Ramanand Sagar's 'Ramayan' currently aired on Star Plus is entertaining the audience with its epic storyline. In this lockdown, the show not only kept the whole family together, but also taught the young audience many important things related to our culture. Recently, actor Sunil Lahiri, who garnered fame due to Laxman's character, shared with his audience some of the things related to the shooting of the Ram Setu sequence for the 'Ramayana' show in those days.
Sunil Lahiri, while posting a video on his social media account, shared with his audience that the Ram Setu sequence was shot in the studio, not on the actual ocean. Let me tell you that at that time the Ramayana set was set in Umargaon.
In the video, Sunil Lahiri told, "In yesterday's episode we saw how we reached the sea and Ram Ji seeks blessings from Samudra Dev to cross Lanka and perform pooja. Considering we had actual beach right in front of the studio we shot the entire sequence in the studio with chroma set up. We also managed to get actual sand from the beach to the studio where we shot the sequence. "
