She also shares that taking care of her one-year-old daughter Anysha has been a creative journey for her.

“There's one thing that I would want to tell my daughter is that it's absolutely okay not to be like anything or anyone.

She can become whoever or whatever she wants to be. I don't want to create any sort of pressure on her. She can have a talent or have none, excel and study.

She can do whatever she wants to do, and be herself. Of course my duty is to give her a good value system and I am working on that right now. This will continue for the next 15-20 years,” she says.

Pranitaa adds that bringing up a child, as many say, is like a 20-year project and she completely agrees to it. At the same time, she also believes in pursuing her dreams.

“It is very easy for people to say why moms don't or should not work post having kids.

I had a similar thought because I thought it is too much work, but trust me, it gets difficult somewhere.

It's tougher for women or anyone else in this entire world to create a balance. To strike that balance, to manage everything and it’s not an easy job to bring up a child.

But the world tells you that you go do your own thing and how much support you have from your family, somewhere down the line you'll always want to just kind of do the right thing and be there for your child.

You yourself don't want to leave your child and step out. It's such a weird feeling because it's all full of different kinds of emotions and it's beautiful in its own ways,” adds the actor, known for TV shows such as Kasam, Kawach, Jamai Raja and Uttaran.

All these are the reasons why Pranitaa is trying “to strike a balance” and giving her daughter a good value system.

She feels this is going to be their biggest and easiest thing to do as one has to become a better person to do that.

“I feel you don't teach your child, rather your child teaches you. Anysha is teaching and training me to become a better human being and all I would like to tell her is that you're an artist in your own capacity, so be yourself.

Literally you only have to focus on one thing. If you're a good human being you've achieved it all.

I think one who is successful is a good person. And that is the sole cause of happiness and prosperity and that is where love and kindness flourishes.

The biggest challenge as a human being is to become a good person irrespective of what the situation is and that's very tough.

So it's a beautiful feeling and I know it's going to be an amazing journey and I'm super excited and enjoying motherhood.

It does give you a wing because the way I can multitask now I think I was never able to do it earlier,” she concludes.
