This week there have been three young deaths in Bollywood. All three were film and TV faces, all three were busy actors. Aditya Singh Rajput and Nitesh Pandey died of heart attacks while actress Vaibhavi Upadhyay lost her life in a road accident. He was at the peak of his career. Their young deaths have taken place in the last three days only. Due to this, there is mourning in the entire Bollywood. It is unfortunate that people associated with Bollywood have to bear the brunt of accidental deaths time and again. And recently another sad news was heard that Bhojpuri director Subhash Tiwari was also found dead in a hotel in Uttar Pradesh.
Actor Aditya Singh Rajput ('Krantiveer', 'Maine Gandhi Ko Nahi Mara', 'Gandi Baat' etc.) was the face of films, web series, and modeling. Aditya has suffered a heart attack in his Andheri Mumbai flat. Nitesh Pandey, who rose to fame with the serial 'Anupama' and Shah Rukh Khan's film 'Om Shanti Om', was also a screenwriter. He has taken death in the form of a heart attack at the resort in Igatpuri. Viewers have seen actress Vaibhavi Upadhyay in serials 'Sara Bhai vs Sara Bhai', 'CID', 'Chhapaak', and ‘And Citylight'. Vaibhavi died in Kullu after her car Suv met with an accident. A string of deaths is catching people of any age in Bollywood. But, most of them are heart attack deaths and have been accidental deaths. Coordinator DK Shroff and director Sudarshan Ratan died some time ago. Among the film journalists - Ali Peter John, Sanjay Sharma, Shivji Gupta, Shyam Sharma, KM Srivastava, Suresh Sharma, and PRO - Rajukaria also had to face an untimely death. These journalists were PROs who had no support behind them.
Comedian Raju Srivastava, Body double of Salman Khan - Sagar, Malkhan Singh of 'Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain' - Dipesh Bhan, Singer - KK, Actor - Praveen Patwardhan, South Star - Puneet Rajkumar, TV Actor - Siddharth Shukla, Mirzapur Actor - Brahma Swaroop Mishra, Actor-Scott Tall, Mithilesh Chaturvedi, Ravana-Arvind Trivedi of Ramayana, Dadi Sha-Surekha Sikri of TV, Bhima-Praveen Kumar of Mahabharata etc. are the faces who have become victims of untimely death. This list is only of the deaths between three years.
It is a matter of great concern why Bollywood actors are becoming victims of untimely death. 'Mayapuri' pays tribute to all the departed souls including all the three departed actors who recently said goodbye to the film industry.
