THE TICK IS BACK!

We've spent half of our lives watching and reading the blue spandex-wearing superhero fighting crime. So when Amazon Prime Video announced a reboot of The Tick with an original web-series, nostalgia hit us hard. Yes, the superhero who appreciates good etiquette from the 90s comic series is back. And recently, the show got its first trailer. Have a look!

The Amazon Prime version will follow the story of Arthur Everest, a regular nerdy accountant who becomes the sidekick to Tick after discovering the fact that a sadistic villain is out to destroy the city. British actor and comedian Peter Serafinowicz will play The Tick and on the other hand, the 28 year old Griffin Newman will play his nerdy accountant sidekick Arthur Everest.

The show’s 12 episodes will air as a two-part series. The first six episodes will premiere on August 25th, while the second six episodes will air sometime in 2018 on Amazon Prime Video.
