The well acclaimed film director,cartoonist and scriptwriter Dr Harvinder Mankkar was awarded with the presitigious ‘Bhartiya Sanskriti Sanvahak Award 2021’ by Vidyadham Vidyadham(U.S.A)

The event was conducted in the Gandhi Smarak Bhawan located in Sector 16, Chandigarh.

The President of Vidyadham Dr Sarita Mehta presented the award to Dr Mankkar in the presence of other reputed guests which included Mayor Ravikanth Sharma, Commisioner Aanandita Mitra, Devraj Tyagi, Prem Vij, Dr Vinod Sharma, Poet and Singer Meeta Khanna, Actress Nooran Kaur, Geetanjali sharma,Kanchan Tyagi, Papiya Chakravarti, Anand Rao, Amit, Mahendra Singh and Vikky.

Dr Mankkar famously known for his creation and writing and Illustrations of Motu Patlu cartoon has several other creations and achievements in his name.

He was felicitated with a beautiful bouqet, shawl and a certificate of recognition to honour his remarkable work.
