After keeping fans waiting for the longest time for a film together Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha are all set to reunite on screen and there couldn’t be a better project for them than Fukrey.

Fukrey, the film stars Ali and Richa together for the first time in a movie since the couple went public with their relationship. It may be recalled that the duo met on the sets of the film in 2012.

A source close to the project says, “There’s immense excitement around the film anyway. It is one of Bollywood’s most popular comedy franchise series. The actors are very excited to work together again.

They will start in Summer 2021 with the principal filming. It will be shot in an extensive start to finish schedule in Delhi and adjoining areas.”

Talking about it, Ali says, “Richa and I haven’t worked together in a long time. And what better film than this to go back to.

The film is special and very dear to us. Over the years, the franchise has become less of work (I mean we will still work hard hehe) and more of a family hangout experience for all of us.”
