This nine-day festival is celebrated in a unique way, Navratri literally translates to nine nights in Sanskrit, and it is celebrated to worship Goddess Durga and her nine avatars. With so many things going on, our talented actress, Seerat Kapoor, who has always supported women's rights, offers her mind toward women's safety. Seerat goes on to say, "Mata is the representation of power, grace, and strength. The festival of Navratri commemorates Goddess Durga's victory over the devils. So why not discuss empowering the goddesses within ourselves and taking action to drive away the demons in our immediate surroundings, as the slogan "mata surakshit toh ghar surakshit" suggests?".

This Navratri lets us all pledge together to be the unstoppable force that builds and supports communities and transforms the future into something better than the present in these really dark times.

In terms of her professional career, Seerat Kapoor will debut with Maarich, a major Bollywood film, opposite Tushar Kapoor and Nasiruddin Shah, which is all set to be released on 9th December 2022.
