Top 6 Contestants Of Indian Idol 10 Receive Grand Welcome On Their Home Visit Before The Finals

The top 6 contestants of Indian Idol, who have been capturing millions of hearts with their soulful singing, visited their respective hometowns recently. The contestants have already gained popularity and have a huge fan following. The singers got to experience all the adulation when they were welcomed in a grand way by their family, friends and fans. Their well-wishers came in abundance to greet their favorite contestants and shower them with love and support. The contestants were thrilled, excited and over whelmed by the response and gave them motivation to give their best for the upcoming finale week. Here is what the Top 6 contestants experienced:

Delhi boy Vibhor Parashar who has enthralled the viewers with his singing week after week and has made his position among Top 6 contestants of Indian Idol 10 made a surprise visit to his school first. The whole lane to Vibhors’ home was decorated and enjoyed ‘Chole Bhature’ after going back to Delhi.

Ankush Bhardwaj

Ankush Bhardwaj

The heartthrob, Ankush Bharadwaj, after successfully securing his position in the Top 6 of Indian Idol 10 visited his home in Kotgarh near Shimla and was welcomed by his family and friends. He went on a rally all around Kotgarh and received a lot of blessings and support from his fans. He then went to local temple to seek blessings for the finale.

Salman Ali 

Salman Ali

Salman Ali who has struck a chord with the viewers with his soulful singing. He visited his Punhana, Mewat in Haryana. He received a warm and grand welcome from the family, friends and neighbours. His well-wishers came in large numbers to get a glimpse of their favourite contestant and wish him for the finals. Fans flocked to get selfies with their music idol. On his way home, he was welcomed with garlands along with drums and songs and the singer also gave a live performance.

Neelanjana Ray

Neelanjana Ray

Neelanjana Ray, known as the expression queen of Indian Idol, the youngest and the only female contestant to reach the Top 6 in this season of Indian Idol 10 received a warm welcome in her home town, Alipurduar. After reaching Alipurduar, Neelanjana first visited her music academy. After reaching home and meeting her mother and family, she first played the harmonium which she missed playing all these months. She enjoyed home cooked Machher Jhol and Aloo Poshto, something she missed for months. She was very overwhelmed with all the support and love that came her way.

Kunal Pandit 

Kunal Pandit

Mumbais’ shaan and the very talented, Kunal Pandit, has kept impressing the audience and judges with his mind-blowing singing. The Mumbaikars were all excited to get a sight of their local singing idol. He performed for the residents of housing society and spent time with friends. Relished some home cooked food, that his mom prepared for him.

Nitin Kumar

Nitin Kumar

The outstanding singer, who also has got some really great dance moves, made an appearance in  Mubarikpur near Shimla. The airport was flooded with family, friends and fans to welcome him. Nitin managed to do a lot of things in his short visit. He went to his school first, his home and then visited the temple. Knowing the importance of God in Nitin’s life, the villagers arranged for a pooja for his success.
