This year’s Children Day on November 14 saw the trailer launch of the much-awaited Marathi film Baalbhaarti. Maharashtra’s School Education and Marathi Language Minister Deepak Kesarkar graced the occasion and launched the trailer along with 10 school children. Director Nitin Nandan and Producers Comall and Sunjoy Waddhwa of Sphereorigins and actors in key role and crew members were present for the event held at Famous Studio in Mumbai.

School Education Minister Shri Deepak Kesarkar said that even if you need to know English, English is not everything. "Children should be educated in the language they like. Countries that are technologically advanced today are seen to be educated in their mother tongue. When I was in Paris, no one answered me in English on the street. Maybe they know English but want to insist on their own language. We must know English, but English is not everything," said School Education Minister Shri Deepak Kesarkar . He was speaking after the trailer launch of the Marathi film Baalbhaarti

He added, "India was several steps ahead in terms of education. When the first school started in England in the 18th century, we had Gurukul. The British abolished this system to rule us. We should provide the best technology to children in our schools. Artificial Intelligence, robotics, and computer science is the future. We are committed to providing the best technology to our children said School Education Minister Shri Deepak Kesarkar.

The trailer was launched by Shri Kesarkar along with ten school going children. Artists in key role Siddharth Jadhav, Nandita Patkar, Aaryan Menghji, Ravindra Mankani, Usha Naik, Sanjay Mone and glamourous Abhijit Khandkekar were present on the occasion.

The trailer, too, received overwhelming response immediately after it was launched on Monday and has found an instant connection with a large section of the audience. Popular artists Siddharth Jadhav and Nandita Patkar seem to share great chemistry and yet they were seen arguing over the education of their children. While the story seems to be centered around child actor Aaryan Menghj, another meaningful cast includes Ravindra Mankani and Usha Naik. Glamourous Abhijit Khandkekar brings in fun and lots of positive energy.

The grandma of the young Chimya, who says, “Let not child lose his childhood!”
