TV actors’ first Valentine's Day after marriage

The year's most romantic day, Valentine's Day, is just around the corner. It's a time when couples acknowledge their love for one another and make sure they leave no stone unturned in making their special day unforgettable. It will be the first valentine’s day after marriage for &TV artists Neha Joshi (Yashoda, Doosri Maa) and Kamna Pathak (Rajesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan). And they talk about how they plan to celebrate it. In addition, Vidisha Srivastava (Anita Bhabi, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai) recalls her first celebration with her husband. Yashoda in &TV’s Doosri Maa, Neha Joshi says, Both Omkar and I are unromantic (laughs). We have been friends for the longest time, understood each other and eventually got married. We celebrate love by supporting each other's thoughts and decisions. We do it daily, and I don't want to limit it to one day. But for the first time, I am thinking of making this day memorable. After all, this will be my first Valentine's Day after my marriage in August last year. I am in Jaipur for my Doosri Maa shoot while he is busy with his assignments in Mumbai. If we can both find time out of our busy schedules to meet on that day, I would like to have a cosy dinner with him and listen to our favourite songs.”

Kamna Pathak (Rajesh)

Kamna Pathak, essaying Rajesh in &TV’s Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, says, “Every day is Valentine's Day for Sandeep and me. We both are very expressive about our feelings for each other, and I feel that is the real strength of our relationship. We know and understand each other well. It will be my first Valentine's Day with him as his wife, and I am excited. I have decided to spend that day with him and make it memorable! We bought our love nest just before marriage, and I will decorate it a bit to make it even more romantic. We will surely cut his favourite cake, followed by a candlelight dinner at home, and here I will make the food that I love (laughs). Dono ke liye khaas din hai to dono ke pasand ki chize bhi honi chahiye!. I have also bought a gift for him that I would like to keep a secret. I wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day!”. Vidisha Srivastava, essaying Anita Bhabi in &TV’s Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, says, I am a beach lover, so my husband planned our first Valentine's Day at the beach. It was a romantic dinner at sunset, with flowers and my favourite food. That day will always be special and memorable for us. Although I am quite active on social media, I don't share much about him, so many people still think I am single (laughs). I have been happily married for seven years. My husband Sayak is not from the industry and is a simple guy who doesn’t enjoy being in the limelight. I am blessed to have Sayak in my life. He supports me unconditionally. Our marriage has more respect than love, which keeps the spark alive.”

Vidisha Shrivastava (Anita Bhabi)
